I think it is important to know the differences between the products that are truly effective. If you are a seasoned quit smoker, you will know which products are effective. However, if you just want to find a product that is not effective, then I suggest you ask a friend.
The different product types are: nicotine replacement products ( NRT ), electronic cigarettes, nicotine patch, nicotine gum/substitute or inhalers, and other products. These different product types are not related in any way. They are all very similar. I have no issue with each one, but if you are a novice quit smoker, then it's important to understand that one may be more effective than another. That being said, here are some general tips that I have used:
1. I like to start with an NRT. Some products are very good, and some may help you to quit. 2. If you are a regular smoker, I recommend starting with an e-cigarette. It has the same active ingredient as cigarettes. The main difference is that they are less addictive. 3. It's not about trying to quit smoking. If you really want to quit, you have to quit with other methods. If you start with an e-cigarette, I have no problem with you trying other ones.
