I don't review supplements based on any specific type of medicine. When it comes to supplements, the amount of research I have done is very limited. I don't try to be the first person to write a study about a supplement. I review it based on the quality of the research. The following is a brief overview of the most common vitamins/minerals I use, and whether I think they are worth it. I also include a few suggestions for other minerals. If there is an important ingredient that isn't on this list, I will mention it as well.
